This unique class combines Laura (yoga instructor) and Carol’s (5th degree black belt in jiu-jitsu, gold certified kickboxing instructor, and certified personal trainer) passion and talent for fitness and wellbeing. This Power Pack includes cardio kickboxing, circuit fitness and yoga into a one hour ultimate workout!

Power Yoga
Get ready for a fun and challenging yoga class with many options to suit your experience. Each month will build strength and flexibility in body and mind with themed practices to suit almost every level - from beginner to advanced.
Instructor: Meghann Gervais-Lynch
Tone: Motivation to lengthen time poses can be held for
Goal: Build overall strength, mobility, and mindfulness
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Yin Yoga
Build resilience and perseverance by giving yourself the time and space to let emotions and sensations objectively rise to the surface while becoming aware of and learning to breath through discomforts.
Instructor: Laura Deimling
Tone: Calmly shifting the mind from the external to the internal
Goal: Create non-judgemental space and time to rest in gentle postures
Level: Beginner to Advanced
FUNctional Fitness
Lace up your shoes, roll out your mat, and prepare for an exercise class like no other! You’ll practice all the foundational movements for a healthy body and mind - push, pull, hinge, squat and carry - but you’ll do it in a way that’ll keep you moving, guessing and most importantly, having FUN!

Tone: Confidence-building, inclusive and energetic
Goal: Improve overall health with no specific athletic prerequisite. Rediscover the joy of challenging yourself in a fun and encouraging way!
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Vinyasa: Conditioning
Build overall muscle tone, stamina, and balance to amplify your prowess. In this class, we will focus on a pinnacle pose and build the related muscle strength and endurance to eventually work our way there. It’s a great place to learn how to sequence yoga poses into a flow!
Instructor: Laura Deimling
Tone: Encouraging a deeper knowledge of positive body and postural technique awareness
Goal: Uniting breath, body and mind to work towards a pinnacle pose
Level: Beginner to Advanced
