In-Person Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga

Become attuned with a partner and learn to balance and coordinate together through changes in movement. During this class we fluctuate and alter responses with a partner through physical changes, strength challenges, and dynamic transitions to connect poses, and each other, together.

  • Instructor: Laura Deimling and Dan Gasser

  • Tone: Relaxing and fun 

  • Goal: Build communication and trust with a friend, family member, special someone or team member

  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Note: Families are welcome provided that younger participants are supervised by an adult.
