Wednesday evenings from April 17th to June 26th

Starting on Wednesday, April 17th and ending on Wednesday, June 26th, you can either drop in ($20+HST) or buy a 10-class package ($115+HST) to any of our two yoga classes below. With the 10-class package, you will have the ability to pick and choose which class (or both) you would like to come to over the 11 week period (22 class options in total), as well as share your 10 classes with up to 5 family members so you can customize your experience to fit your unique needs. As an added bonus, you will also be able to use your package to come to any of the regular Partner Yoga classes in Winchester on Friday nights!

Note: The North Augusta Community Hall is getting a brand new roof! So, from April 24th to May 8th, we will be at the Roebuck Community Centre located at 7024 County Road 18, Spencerville, ON K0E 1X0. We look forward to coming back to an improved facility.

Yoga Conditioning

Transform your body and improve your overall fitness with our invigorating Yoga Conditioning classes. We will guide you through a dynamic series of poses designed to enhance your flexibility, core strength, balance, and endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find the perfect challenge in our welcoming and supportive community.

  • Time: 17h30-18h30 (5:30pm-6:30pm)

  • Instructor: Laura Deimling

  • Tone: Motivating and empowering 

  • Goal: Improve overall strength, balance, and endurance

  • Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Yoga Relaxation

Yoga Relaxation in North Augusta is a perfect escape from the everyday stress of life and a way to unwind from a busy day. Our classes are designed to help you reach a state of relaxation and calmness as you focus on your body's movements and breath. We will use lots of props such as the wall, chairs, bolsters, bands, and blocks to help us ease into various positions. Come join us and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

  • Time: 18h45-19h45 (6:45pm-7:45pm)

  • Instructor: Laura Deimling

  • Tone: Calm and Relaxing

  • Goal: Relax, rejuvenate and improve range of motion

  • Level: Beginner to Advanced
