Yoga Conditioning
This class is a modern and athletic Vinyasa class that blends the principles of yoga with the strength-building techniques of calisthenics. We move beyond transitional asanas to cultivate a powerful and resilient body. We will move progressively through various targeted series and even into some inversions, arm balances, and unique poses.
No prior experience is required. However, an open mind to explore body limits is a plus! Modifications are offered to help work at your own level, but be prepared to sweat and be challenged!

CAN-RYU Jiu-Jitsu (All belts)
CAN-RYU Jiu-Jitsu is a Canadian self-defence system rooted in traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, adapted for Canadian society and standards. It blends influences from Judo, Karate, kickboxing, and law enforcement techniques. Unlike sport-based martial arts, CAN-RYU Jiu-Jitsu focuses on practical, real-world self-defense, emphasizing simplicity, commonality of technique, gross motor skills, and awareness of additional threats.
The style continues to evolve, equipping students with effective techniques to protect themselves while adhering to the principle of using only necessary force.
