Yoga Conditioning

This class is a modern and athletic Vinyasa class that blends the principles of yoga with the strength-building techniques of calisthenics. We move beyond transitional asanas to cultivate a powerful and resilient body. We will move progressively through various targeted series and even into some inversions, arm balances, and unique poses.

No prior experience is required. However, an open mind to explore body limits is a plus! Modifications are offered to help work at your own level, but be prepared to sweat and be challenged!
